Return of the Lone Gunman
I guess the period of respectful silence following the assassination is over, so it's no surprise to read this: Ms. Bhutto's death is a boon for any nasty guy with evil intent. Follow publius' links back to Newshoggers for almost every conceivable culprit.
Every culprit, that is, except one: one lone loonie with far too much killing expertise.
OK, there! I said it! But, if a commission arrives at the same conclusion 10 months from now, can I have a prize for guessing the only politically convenient explanation for everyone?
And, lest I push this comparison too far, check out Professor Brothers Present History Lesson #1 (via Coming Anarchy). I might as well get this out of my system now, to inoculate myself against the impending creeping convenient canonization of Benazir Bhutto.
