For you to accuse anyone of being rude, egotistical, and arrogant is the height of hypocrisy. You’ve got a flawed memory as well, it seems.

I did use the word “please” when asking you to stop trying explain me for me, as you always get the context wrong.

I reacted the way I did because you were rude and egotistical, as you invariably react to those outside your ideological zone (or anyone outside of the echo chamber TMH has become). I linked to then as I do now because there was a viewpoint, though I didn't agree with, I believed deserved airing. You were the one who was disrespectful on my post. On your posts you can deal with rude people as you see fit; I prefer to shame people, or students, so that they do not affect the other students or posters. The arrogance you display in your posts is manifest. But, you do manage to insert some thoughtfulness into your posts, unlike OFK and others on the right fringe. It's those slight shreds of content I try to highlight.

As for interpretation, you're welcome to comment and rebut on your own ground. But, don't tell me what I can do. You don't have that authority. I don;t do this to foster relationships (and there's little experience in the Korean blogosphere that would prompt me to want to do so), merely to leave breadcrumbs for myself. I leave the conclusions to the few readers who pause long enough to notice.

I did not accuse you of, “flipping on Jenkins.” Nothing I wrote could be taken to suggest that I don’t think he’s a traitor. You leave some implications in your update, intended or not. This is the difference between “plugging” something because you agree with it, or because it likely has academic importance.

Please, don’t attempt to explain my comments (or any other writings) or put them in any sort of context, as you invariably get it wrong.

I remember how maturely you reacted to being placed beyond your comfort zone when writing at the Marmot’s awhile back.

In all fairness, perhaps the guy has something interesting to share. I was accused before of being coarse. I believe the trumping argument back then was, well, what about the family? At least, the wife and kids deserve some sort of positive future.

Seriously, I was expecting some comment on my dig at Bolton...
