Killer Seagull Attacks TaiwanTropical Storm Kalmaegi (in Korean, seagull), or Helen, downgraded from typhoon status, is the latest Pacific storm with a vague chance of hitting the Korean peninsula. Already Kalmaegi has killed at least six people.

    • Bal(t)imoron: @Bill: The average layperson is fully aware of the incentives for getting a mortgage. Instead of piling on another incentivizing regulation, this is a one-shot, short-term remedy that would replace the previously failed regulation scheme.
    • Bill: 5/3 year term mortgages have been available for decades. Why another government regulation ? I rather include mortages, mortgage calculation etc. included in a compulsory course in primary and junior high when they start to learn percentages.
